I was surprised to find a bunch of red wine vinegar Subway sachets at an office desk which usually has give aways. I picked some of them. May be I will make chicken vindaloo with it. While there, I also noticed that Subway has 'lite mayo'.
With the sauces on the side, the sandwich was a zombie.

Banana pudding

I went over the roasted banana pudding recipe from yesterday and found it too consuming (shopping time, dishes, baking time), I finally decided on caramelized banana pudding . And meringue making is merry. Flour is used in making the custard. all purpose flour plays the corn starch role of thickening the custard. I used Parle G instead of vanilla wafers.

Streit's Potato Pancake Mix

In went some Indian spices - Cumin, Dhanajiru powder, pepper and salt. Had it with green mirchi chutney and dahi. Tasted like vada. Vegeterian Kishke can be made with carrots and celery added to the potato pancake mix.
