6.2.15 My friend used olive oil instead of butter & reduced sugar to 1/2 cup. Whats sticking out? Pecans. Banana Blueberry muffins 6.23.15 I had to use up bananas. Didnt have blueberries, so used strawberries and friend's recommendations. This morning, I took a bread slice out to dip it in tea for breakfast. Before that I wanted to taste a bit of the Easy Moist Banana Strawberry Muffin. And in that attempt, I ate the whole muffin and had to call it a breakfast, leaving the slice for another time. The muffin was very soft. A friend told about the banana resurrection which turned out to be a hoax.

On one of her grocery trips that she went on, she brought this chocolate chip muffin mix that just needs milk to be added to it. we had some almond milk in the house. Lets see how it turns out. Too crumbly for its good. Will not try again. I followed normal baking conditions instead of the elevated temperatures.

These were made from Betty Crockers Mix. I was very taken with the canned blueberries that came with the mix. The following picture reminds me of the Metal wire monkey mother of Harlow's experiment. 12.3.2009
