chicken curry

Marinate chicken with yogurt, red chilli powder and salt. Heat the oil. Add some cumin seeds. Once they are fried, add ginger and garlic, green chillies. Add 1 chopped onion. Fry it well. Add chicken - skinless chicken leg cut into small pieces. After about 15 min on medium, add some more chili powder and salt to taste. You can add cilantro leaves and mint leaves. Check if the chicken yields to a spoon. Then add some dry coconut powder. In few minutes, you are done.

Today my friend got me  bo luo  milk butter buns from LA. He was wondering about the stuffing. From the taste, I realise that the stuffing it is very close to peda/kalakand made from condensed milk, butter and dry milk powder.
