I usually stay away from pulav afraid of the power it had on me, most part of my life. My friends are braver. Lima beans pulao caught my attention fr the simple reason that when I asked my refrigerator, I heard " I dont have spring onions on me". Veg pulao out. It got me a good grade from my roomate. Strangely, the market had an empty bin of 'Indian eggplant'. I wasnt as disappointed cause I employed 'Chinese eggplant' for the fix, despite recalling lack of any nutrients in it.
