Ladled

Yesterday I made  Pan fried tilapia.  It gives a nice crust to the fish. Had it with egg fried orzo pasta with orzo leftover from Veggie Orzo Next time try Orzo with mint salmoriglio sauce

Some tartar sauce is all you need.
