Having made aloo cutlets - shallow frying, I wanted a baking way for drumsticks. I was looking for a recipe, with chicken drumsticks in Indian spices. I needed something without bread crumbs. I marinated the chicken in yogurt and spices and then baked it. It worked well for me. I had put in some potato wedges. I am half way done with 10 pounds of them. Next time I should remember to add other veggies.
I went over the roasted banana pudding recipe from yesterday and found it too consuming (shopping time, dishes, baking time), I finally decided on caramelized banana pudding . And meringue making is merry. Flour is used in making the custard. all purpose flour plays the corn starch role of thickening the custard. I used Parle G instead of vanilla wafers.
