Tiny lemon Angel cakes with lemon confit
Skipping the glaze and Confit.
So I had to find a way of adding lemon to it without the glaze. I used lemon juice as Cream Of Tartar Substitute even though I had it. Just to hike up the lemon flavour of the cakes.
Added a tbsp of lemon juice into the batter.
Didnt do the trick.
Had to make the Lemon Curd
The last time I had to seperate a dozen eggs was for an Orange Chiffon cake which got me to thinking of
difference between a Chiffon cake and an Angel Food cake.
