Mirchi Ka Salan Biryani

Recently, I made Chole Biryani but when I shared a picture with my friends, they saw it as Chile Biryani due to auto-spelling correction. Now I wonder why not use Mirchi ka salan in between layers of rice and make Mirchi Ka Salan biryani or Mirchi Biryani.
Another option is to make Chili Biryani using home made Chili Seasoning.
I made this with Jalapenos. Next time I will deseed atleast some of them. I used some leftover peanut chutney.

2 cups basmatic rice
16 Jalapenos
Peanut chutney
Tamarind extract
1/2 onion
Cumin seeds
Ginger Garlic paste
Salt

And no need of Chilli powder.

Banana pudding

I went over the roasted banana pudding recipe from yesterday and found it too consuming (shopping time, dishes, baking time), I finally decided on  caramelized banana pudding . And meringue making is merry. Flour is used in making the custard.  all purpose flour plays the corn starch  role of thickening the custard. I used  Parle G  instead of vanilla wafers.
