These oatmeal cookies are from Stir. The recipe is similar to
Quaker Oats Vanishing Cookies but the ratio is half.
so it goes
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
½ c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 and 1/2 c. rolled oats (not instant)
And the oven at 325 F for 18-22 min.
I used instant oatmeal.
And they tasted crisp and yum.
