I got the recipe for Marcellas Butter Almond Cake from Stir.
I would have baked the cake over 25min than the recommended, as it felt a little wet at the bottom. In which case, it has to be eaten very fast. If you wait long enough, it gets too hard but tastes good nevertheless with a bent towards shortbread cookie.
