Bell peppers

Had to cook up some bell peppers. Pan fried bell peppers is simple and I have some balsamic vinegar to sprinkle on top too. But what about the strip part? The second level of mandoline width worked.

Do you believe in food fads? Looks like quinoa, corn beans in stuffed bell peppers is in. I have been meaning to use up a bag of quinoa. So the way is paved for the fad.

Sweet as well as spicy.
