Fruit cake

This years recipe Holiday fruitcake. Instead of half grape juice I used 1/4 cup water which always gets me into trouble. This cake without buter wanted to become a pudding, nothing heat couldnt fix and ended up a cake that began to crust. Last christmas cake was good with butter.
