I started with these in mind, but thought that the family might find them too healthy and thought of making aloo tikki too. Then I thought about Quinoa masala burger for Obamas. Mixed both the quinoa and boiled aloo and made these Aloo Quinoa tikki.

Keep in mind, when you are trying to make the switch to a completely new you know healthy but not there taste wise, to
take the middle ground first.
