Lemon & Pepper seasoning salt

Costco was serving some Tilapia Loins. I saw the lady putting some seasoning. She said its the McCormick lemon & Pepper seasoning salt. I love its colour and the zing of its taste. And because the recipe for chicken on this called for Italian Seasoning, I bought an Italian Seasoning jar.

I finished a parsley hand me down. So replacement.

Banana pudding

I went over the roasted banana pudding recipe from yesterday and found it too consuming (shopping time, dishes, baking time), I finally decided on caramelized banana pudding . And meringue making is merry. Flour is used in making the custard. all purpose flour plays the corn starch role of thickening the custard. I used Parle G instead of vanilla wafers.

Streit's Potato Pancake Mix

In went some Indian spices - Cumin, Dhanajiru powder, pepper and salt. Had it with green mirchi chutney and dahi. Tasted like vada. Vegeterian Kishke can be made with carrots and celery added to the potato pancake mix.
