Broccoli

Last night I made Broccoli My Way. I ave a pinch of it to my aughter and dint expect her to even taste it. In a while she came to me with chapathi untouched and asked for Broccoli. This went on again.

Heat oil
Cumin seeds
Peanuts (secret ingredient)
sliced onions
Cut Broccoli.
Once its cooked down, I add chili powder and salt.

I had this Broccoli curry with purple cabbage.
