Home made Chili flakes

No dont say that it is obvious. It wasnt until I made them. Up until then I always looked for any left over crusher pepper flake sachets from Pizza nights.
I have Whole Red Chilis at home, which are very essential in chutney seasoning, samiya. Pounded these whole chilis to get the flakes.
One not such simple way for chili sauce is available in Osterizer cookbook. But be warned, it requires a peck of toatoes. Ya, dont think its like a handful as I thought. Atleast 17.
