Varutharacha and Vinegar

Today I decided to make Goan chicken vindaloo with red wine vinegar. While at it, shallots had seized me, so Varutharacha chicken curry. I was almost not going to make the Varutharacha considering that pearl onions would taste the same as the big onions and there wouldnt be much of a taste difference in the curry. But after making it, I know it does.
I liked the vindaloo for its sweet taste. This is the first time I had both of these.
