I dont know how or why, I thought I should use mandoline for cabbage and now I am not going to remember that I used to struggle cutting it otherwise. Mandoline makes cutting so effortless and the outcome is so sightly. It takes very little time to cook because of its even and small size of the cut vegetables.
I used it for onions and tomatoes for chicken gravy which looks so consistent now. Are my days of uneven curry gravy behind me?
