Vankaya menthi kura

My mom used to love brinjal and menthi kura for the chance it gave her to use pachi karam (green chilis).
I made it the first time. some more salt and it would have been perfect. The brinjals didnt take too long to cut especially cut into half latitudinally, over the vertical cuts.
