Have it by itself or in bhelpuri or mixture




In India, fresh coconuts are offered to God and then thick flakes of the coconut mixed with some sugar and lentils are distributed as prasadam for worshippers. The fresh coconut tasted very good but as kids, we were prohibited from having too much of it as it would cause stomach ache or cough. Fried coconut slices are used in savoury mixture.
These C2O Baked Coconut chips pack that freshness and sweetness without the fear for digestion. As you concentrate on the thin flakes, its almost like a sweet version of Ribbon Murukku (an Indian Savoury). Even though, there is salt, the crunch brings out the sweetness more.
These will go well topped on a chocolate cake, both colour wise and flavour. They can be used in bhelpuri, savoury mixture(mix of spicy ingredients).

Banana pudding

I went over the roasted banana pudding recipe from yesterday and found it too consuming (shopping time, dishes, baking time), I finally decided on  caramelized banana pudding . And meringue making is merry. Flour is used in making the custard.  all purpose flour plays the corn starch  role of thickening the custard. I used  Parle G  instead of vanilla wafers.
