Egg Biryani

With friends over, started planning a visit to the grocery store. But when you are home, you try to make do with whats available. Egg biryani. It seemed like I never made egg biryani. we mostly have egg biryani, when we have vegetarian friends over. And more often, its he friends who take over the kitchen, so I remember more cases of having egg biryani made by friends. But I have made egg biryani from the recipe that I used  a part of. The recipe calls for the cooking rice parboiled and then the spice onion mixture. We were in laze mode, so it had to be as easy as possible. We made the spice onion mixure and cooked the rice with it in the steam cooker.

For a picnic, I am planning to make Capsicum rice which is just as we made Egg Biryani last night.
