Bell pepper with Kale

1/2 onion
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
2 bunches of Kale
lemon pepper

Having just made Bell pepper with black beans, I had to use bell pepper in a non- conspicuous way. It doesnt end with this recipe as there are more bell peppers to be used.
First cook the bell peppers till they soften and then add Kale. Now the bell pepper tastes more like egg plant.
