Rodeo Burger

Rodeo Burger at Burger King. Curious. I mistook it for the spicy chicken BK. Rodeo Burger comes with onion rings as stuffing.
We met  a cute elderly couple who gave us some coupons.

With the coupons we went to Burger King and learnt about Make a muscle. With  2 for 5 we didnt need one of the coupons. so gave it to one kids group there. we were the only adults there on a Friday night.

Banana pudding

I went over the roasted banana pudding recipe from yesterday and found it too consuming (shopping time, dishes, baking time), I finally decided on  caramelized banana pudding . And meringue making is merry. Flour is used in making the custard.  all purpose flour plays the corn starch  role of thickening the custard. I used  Parle G  instead of vanilla wafers.

Streit's Potato Pancake Mix

In went some Indian spices - Cumin, Dhanajiru powder, pepper and salt. Had it with green mirchi chutney and dahi. Tasted like vada. Vegeterian Kishke  can be made with carrots and celery added to the potato pancake mix.
