Come Monday, the fridge has a party. Just when I was thinking that there couldnt be many ways of making cauliflower, heres a recipe of cauliflower curry with spinach ginger. I have never added spinach to cauliflower. With Monday's abundance potatoes and spinach are there for use.
My parents made dal on saturdays when there were no vegetables left. But when there are fewer vegetables, like everything looking like a nail to the one with hammer, the uses of veggies go up.
