Pureed spinach omelette

Today when I looked at the wilted spinach, other than the reminder to be careful of using spinach soon. I got another idea. Of pureeing spinach into omelette, that ways its easy to mix too.

Made an omelette with Chinese Cabbage this morning. Few weeks ago had, Bok Choy salad with Okami sauce.

Banana pudding

I went over the roasted banana pudding recipe from yesterday and found it too consuming (shopping time, dishes, baking time), I finally decided on caramelized banana pudding . And meringue making is merry. Flour is used in making the custard. all purpose flour plays the corn starch role of thickening the custard. I used Parle G instead of vanilla wafers.

Streit's Potato Pancake Mix

In went some Indian spices - Cumin, Dhanajiru powder, pepper and salt. Had it with green mirchi chutney and dahi. Tasted like vada. Vegeterian Kishke can be made with carrots and celery added to the potato pancake mix.
