7/12 - Day 1: Did 20 min. did the girl pushups right for the first time. i would rest my feet too on the ground. Got the breathing right too.
7/13 - Day 2 ; 4 min. sore from yesterday
7/14 - Day 3: 20 min. couldnt do the squat jump. Instead did an extra round to make up
7/15 - Day 4. My butt is sore. Wow never worked out that area. Rest day.
7/16- Day 5 . 20 min. sore
7/17 - None. Friday.
7/18 - 1/2 inch lost
