Heuvos Rancheros

I ordered this at the hospital during postpartum stay. I liked it the first morning so much that I had the next morning too. Now I am considering going to the hospital cafeteria once in a while for brunch to just enjoy this.
I now want to check out all the places serving Huevos Rancheros locally and also make them some time too.

Banana pudding

I went over the roasted banana pudding recipe from yesterday and found it too consuming (shopping time, dishes, baking time), I finally decided on caramelized banana pudding . And meringue making is merry. Flour is used in making the custard. all purpose flour plays the corn starch role of thickening the custard. I used Parle G instead of vanilla wafers.

Streit's Potato Pancake Mix

In went some Indian spices - Cumin, Dhanajiru powder, pepper and salt. Had it with green mirchi chutney and dahi. Tasted like vada. Vegeterian Kishke can be made with carrots and celery added to the potato pancake mix.
