Kedem Tea Biscuits

Kedem Tea Biscuits, are very different in their texture. Usually a biscuit yields and snaps to a single bite. With this biscuit, there are layers, so when you bite into it, expect your journey to last a while involving delving into the layers. Unlike a shortbread biscuit cookie which is grainy, this is soft. The sugar free version does not taste weird.
