Mirchi ka salan from the remaining mirchis
The first time I had it was when I had crab too for the first time with the cracker and all.
Then I realised my relatives who were best cooks and could cook for more than 75 people were all in the know how of making Mirchi ka salan.
The nutty, tangy and the fried serranos are a good set to be in a bowl together.
