Crunch and Dip

I saw Bostock at Essence bakery. We had French crepes, Croque madame, Mediterranean roasted veg sandwich. I liked the cold sandwich for its stuffed greens and a wedge of sweet potato.

Their restroom keychain has a cookie cutter in it.

We like Aioli at Oreganos. Last time I had it with sweet potato fries. Cant have too many of them. But this time with Veggie Weggie.

We had Lemon meringue pie at Saguaro lake.

Banana pudding

I went over the roasted banana pudding recipe from yesterday and found it too consuming (shopping time, dishes, baking time), I finally decided on  caramelized banana pudding . And meringue making is merry. Flour is used in making the custard.  all purpose flour plays the corn starch  role of thickening the custard. I used  Parle G  instead of vanilla wafers.

Streit's Potato Pancake Mix

In went some Indian spices - Cumin, Dhanajiru powder, pepper and salt. Had it with green mirchi chutney and dahi. Tasted like vada. Vegeterian Kishke  can be made with carrots and celery added to the potato pancake mix.
