Chilis Pepper Jack mac n Cheese, frozen meal tastes very good with all the creamy sauce, little bits and yummy rotini pasta for a variety from the usual elbow pasta.

And meringue making is merry. Flour is used in making the custard. all purpose flour plays the corn starch role of thickening the custard. I used Parle G instead of vanilla wafers.
