Spicy Chicken legs

The first time I made Spicy chicken legs for a guest, I learnt very late that he stopped being a non-vegetarian. But me and my roommate enjoyed it.
Recently I made it again, ad all the guests liked it. The secret - black pepper and hot and sweet chili sauce. After cooking, when I was eating the leftovers, the curry leaf infused fat reminded me of a fish pickle I had 13 years ago. Since this marinade, worked so well that I dug into the burnt part too, I found what to do with the chicken skin, we were storing. The curry absorbs this marinade very well.

It so happens that I am reading poems about horses and recognised Tasso's name beneath his poem translated. Second paragraph has life infused in it with equine motions. Another poem that I like in this collection is 'New Foal' by Ted Hughes.
