I'm not an arugula fan

Today wildflowerbread had complimentary loaf for moms as mother day special. We had Chopped salad and Almond Tuna sandwich. surprisingly the salad has more calories than the sandwich.
The chopped salad with its columns of different colored ingredients is a looker. Wow, the dried corn tasted so good. I was expecting raw dry corn but this was a dehydrated version without the tough bite.
