Biscuits and Tea are a pair. But Chocoalate and Coffee?



In Celebrating the Third Place, Ray Oldenburg says, " I had no trouble envisioning people sitting at small cafe tables drinking tea and eating biscuits.."
I know a friend who enjoys chocolate bar with his coffee. There must be something to this chocolate stamped biscuits and chocolate truffle coffee. Let the person you gift it to, find out what it is.

Banana pudding

I went over the roasted banana pudding recipe from yesterday and found it too consuming (shopping time, dishes, baking time), I finally decided on  caramelized banana pudding . And meringue making is merry. Flour is used in making the custard.  all purpose flour plays the corn starch  role of thickening the custard. I used  Parle G  instead of vanilla wafers.
