Same base

 cashew and coconut chole

curd in paneer

When I looked at the two recipes, I realised that they both had onion and tomato base and once that is cooked, I could fork it off into individual curries, which made the operation easy. Due to the extra addition, each had their own identity.

I would have tried the last week's recipes, but its not me to repeat recipes. There is always this divide between wanting it to come out in a known way and then wanting to try some new recipe.

I am feeling great about the gravy curries, in terms of maintaining the proportion of the main item like paneer or chole.

Isnt it to great to make some adjustments to your cooking style and see great results.
