Icecream cakes

Walmart has a Strawberries N Cream Ice Cream Cake. I do not know how it tastes. But I know it looks like Safeway's Strawberry Swirl ice cream cake which has a white cake base topped with icecream between layers of original strawberry sauce with a thick band of whipped cream on top.

I was thinking about  how water drops evaporate  and came across  Leidenfrost effect . A line in that article about dipping wet hands into molten lead made me ask if this is the effect that lets some people dip into boiling vat of oil for picking out pakoras with bare hands  .  Sure enough
