Going for a casual dinner to a friends, I made a curry and without thinking of making a dessert, I had to see if there was something quick that I could make.  Fudge brownies needed evaporated milk which would mean a trip to the Safeway in cold.  Chocolate flake pudding  seemed interesting. very easy to make, not much mixing effort. Good ROI. Talking of which is an interesting number  Two ingredient recipes . Making a cake with an icecream sounds great.
