Chocolate oats pudding

Going for a casual dinner to a friends, I made a curry and without thinking of making a dessert, I had to see if there was something quick that I could make.  Fudge brownies needed evaporated milk which would mean a trip to the Safeway in cold.  Chocolate flake pudding  seemed interesting. very easy to make, not much mixing effort. Good ROI. Talking of which is an interesting number  Two ingredient recipes . Making a cake with an icecream sounds great. My complaint that icecream is too cold wont stand.  I am tempted to make  molasses cookies .

Phyllo lasagna

There are some phyllo dough sheets in the fridge. I usually cook for others to eat. The two takers - one thinks its doughy even after baking and the other is tired of the potato stuffing. Thinking of the fate of the phyllo dough and watching 3D -  Diners drive-ins-and dives , Italian preoccupation, I think why not  Phyllo lasagna . Lasagna cupcakes  too call for phyllo. Phyllo reminds me of  Rumali Roti .

Omelette and potato cutlets

My sister made potato cutlets dipped in egg bath and pan fried. The fist bite, is so close to the beauty of a potato disc dipped in batter and fried.  And you get to have tiny omelette too.
