Indian pizza

My friend used Poblano corn and zucchini pizza  recipe for the base & made up the rest. Fried Onion, ginger , garlic & tomato paste for the sauce. 

 She said pizza making is fun if you involve other people in adding toppings. She was at the gym & one of the local channels had the cooking show where she got the pizza recipe from. She saw it & seemed very simple, so she had to come home and make it ;)

Banana pudding

I went over the roasted banana pudding recipe from yesterday and found it too consuming (shopping time, dishes, baking time), I finally decided on  caramelized banana pudding . And meringue making is merry. Flour is used in making the custard.  all purpose flour plays the corn starch  role of thickening the custard. I used  Parle G  instead of vanilla wafers.
