When I made this Cooksimple Skillet Lasagna, I should have asked what so much of powder is doing in the packet. I was a way for a while from the stove and when i came back, I thought wow herbs. soon I learnt that that was not a good thing and then I recalled how the reviews have warned that it was bitter.
An anti-caking agent has been used,still there was so much of it that it caked at the bottom of the pan.

In went some Indian spices - Cumin, Dhanajiru powder, pepper and salt. Had it with green mirchi chutney and dahi. Tasted like vada. Vegeterian Kishke can be made with carrots and celery added to the potato pancake mix.
